"The reception was excellent. The room was not a suite, even though it was classified as such & expensive. The grill restaurant is really excellent. The Italian restaurant was very average. The location of the hotel is superb. "

"Property could have been built a little more sympathetic to the style that you were going for, the brickwork looks more like a tower block of flats and the facilities are a little dated eg tiles missing from pool which were blue just replaced with filler and many of the doors in bathrooms have blown at the bottom "

"Our stay was just one night. The hotel is large, with a huge reception area, a bit like a shopping mall. The staff were pleasant, but seemed worn out, perhaps because it was late at night. A single coffee machine was insufficient to cope with breakfast diners "

"We had a wonderful, relaxing time at this beautiful house which is in a picturesque, peaceful setting and was perfect for our family gathering. We found the bedrooms really comfortable and we enjoyed spending time together in the main open plan space, and sitting out in the gardens too. The location was great for walking and exploring, with amenities close by it wasn’t at all far from beautiful Loch Lomond. We hope to stay again."
