The rooms are spacious, very clean, fresh, and have many thoughtful touches not often found in the hospitality industry. The “sun” room is a wonderful place to end the day with your favorite beverage while making new friends and enjoying the views. There are ample family owned restaurants within a short walk. "Jane was an amazing hostess! The night we arrived, she prepared us tea and delicious strawberry crumpets, it was a lovely gesture after the journey getting to her lovely house. Her breakfasts were wonderful and she was very helpful in helping us decide which hikes/walks to do while on Skye. I cannot recommend this place enough - room was spacious and very clean, good sized bathroom too. Our room had a mini fridge that she stocked daily with some water, pops, etc. Quiet place to stay as well. I would absolutely stay with Jane again at Glendale View! "Great option for accommodations . The pod set up for sleeping, preparing meals and bathroom facilities all in one . Great set up for location dining option nearby and community nature walks all in reach by car or walking . Would have staying longer if I could , next time . Hosts has all the basics in the pod teas coffees and salt pepper . Just bring easy meal options and your set . Thanks "
