"We were in room 4 ,the room above was was very noisy with creaking floor boards ,which affected our sleep as they kept getting up in night. Showers and toilets were noisy when In use and workmen outside started at 8ish on roof. Room itself was a good size and very clean. Beds were comfortable, shower was good. Staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was good. Just noisy which we appreciate can't always be regulated,as it depends who stays. "

"Excellent location for Buckingham Palace and Victoria Station. Nice area with cafes etc off the Main Street. Only downside were wobbly tired stools to sit on, lack of toiletries and it was very hot although a portable fan was provided. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful."

The room.was on the small side but we didnt book the hotel to sit in the bedroom. 7 minutes from Paddington Station and a similar time to Hyde Park it was ideal for our sight seeing visit. "

"The OYO London Guest House was a great option for my overnight business trip to London. My single room was pretty small, but absolutely fine. Everything was spotlessly clean, and in good condition. It looks like the photos on the website. The shower was very good. The reception staff were pleasant, and pretty efficient, and the wifi worked well. The guest house is in a good location for the Elizabeth Line (Acton Main Line station - just 5 mins by foot) and I could reach my morning appointment...

"Best place to stay on a budget. Small rooms, no food in the hotel, shared bathrooms make it a bit inconvenient, but if you can stay at one third the price of other hotels in the vicinity, have walkable access to Paddington which gives you public transport connectivity across London and you are on a short stay, you should take it!"

"We have stayed here a number of times in the past,when they had free on-site parking,which helped.Sadly,that has gone now. Pay parking is nearby and gives you a break between 6pm and 9 am. Room was good and breakfasts were hearty."

"No where to check in or out . No one on the premises. Did find someone who didnt speak english. Had to wait for the owner to arrive. . Rooms dirty. decor nice but not done to nice standard. No one on site over night and no contact number given ICE. No one on site in the morning to check out and nowhere to leave key. just left in room . sash Windows in room do not stay open had to use a cup to hold it up. no fan or aircon. TV had splashes all over screen. Bathroom dirty. Glasses had dirty rim...

"Place was convenient to the tube station, friendly staff, reasonably priced breakfast. Clean room , fresh sheets. I have no issue with the small bathroom, however a bathroom mat outside the shower would be preferred also to prevent accidental slipping from water splash. I would book again on my future visit."

"Nice property overall, location can’t be beat, walkable to Windsor and Eton and the river. No hot water the first day, difficult to get a hold of staff as there is no overnight staffing. Emergency and contact numbers were out of date, manager didn’t pick up her mobile phone because they didn’t recognise the number calling, which we thought was odd. Water issue was remedied. No compensation offered. Room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Didn’t hear any noise from street or from restaurant....

"Excellent service. I had a superior 1 bedroom for family. Very clean. Sofa bed was already laid out when we arrived. Complimentary spring water in fridge. Enough towels for 4 people which is great. Check out time is 11am. Two t.v. Wi-Fi was good. Hair conditioner was provided. Leaving luggage at reception was great. Only two very small things I would add is no herbal tea bags provided, you might want to bring your own. There is decaf coffee. Also the bathroom is en-suite in the bedroom...

"We liked that we could eat in or out. Unfortunately the room we had was only single glazed and over the road from our room was a Sainsburys local that had late night deliveries."
