I felt a warmth only matched from being with friends or family. The entire staff was friendly and caring. I felt genuinely pampered and cared for but not in a solicitous way - it felt like it was from the heart.
This is the third time I have stayed here, and if coming back is a recommendation than repeat business is. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are large and always clean. Of course it is located right in the financial district with numerous good and great restaurants just walking distance around the corner. Being a smaller hotel, the staff gets to know you and is always gracious and making you feel at home.
The only downside is the complimentary breakfast. It is a buffet with many local dishes as well as typical american. If you come late in the morning, they do not always refresh the warm offerings and they can look dry. This is something that they could easily remedy.
Thanks for a great stay, I will return.

Offering travellers to the capital city of Colombia, a superb location in the heart of the financial district, the Rosales …More
Fantastic room - 2 TVs, 2 showers - plenty of space for family of four. View of the mountains from the room was very nice! Location is next to several great restaurants within 2 blocks. Staff is friendly and speaks English well. They were helpful in organizing a day trip to Catedral de Sal. Breakfasts were excellent and authentically Columbian.
Fantastic little hotel hidden in northern Bogota near La Zona G. From the clean, modern rooms to the beautifully manicured courtyards, this hotel is a luxurious gem at a budget price. Rooms are outfitted with crisp, clean sheets, piles of pillows, beautiful artwork, and the best hotel showers I've experienced anywhere-- let alone Colombia, which often runs short on hot water. Breakfasts are sumptuous and filling with your choice of eggs (I recommend scrambled with cheese and ham), fruit, toast, and coffee, cocoa, or tea. The location, while a little tough to find, is an easy walk from the fabulous restaurants and shopping in Rosales and Chapinero as well as the bustling Septima. A little Spanish will get you far, as hotel staff doesn't speak much English, but everyone is extremely helpful and understanding in spite of the language barrier.
