"The bedding in the hotel is in serious sorry state. The bedding is worn out and torn with holes; the towel are extremely old. The first room I was lodged had stains on the walls before it was changed. The staff are loving, committed to work, though working in a terrible environment."

"Checked in late night, Air-conditioner was not working took an hour to make it running, during check in I informed door knob was broken. They came and looked at but didn't fix or give us different room. During using the washroom, I noticed that there was a water leak from the tube. Called receptionist and complained. A plumber came middle of the night tried more than an hour. They didn't offer another room. I tried to sleep last part of the night but couldn't due to smelly blanket and pillow....
