"Excellent hotel in good location for our visit to watch a man utd game. Only criticism would be the shower in both our rooms had awful pressure and dribbled out which was disappointing. "

"Easy and simple check in with very helpful staff. Room was ready, despite me being early. Stayed in 602 which was clean, large with a comfy bed and mahoosive shower. All in all, an excellent hotel. "

I have also been charged £42 unnecessarily on my credit card. I was told at the end of the stay that I should have any charges and that it should reverse out in next few days (in addition to the deposit that I had paid)."

"The room was a non smoking room yet it had a ashtray on the dresser (which was dirty with cigarette ash) the trouser press was loosely fitted to wall with one screw and u/s a number of the pictures affixed to the wall were UPSIDE-DOWN, and the room carpet was without a relationship with a vacuum cleaner. "

"Only issues were the cleanliness of the room. There was hair on the wall of the shower which I cleaned. Obviously no inspection of the cleaners was done as this would have been picked up. The shower head was poor as the water wasnt at all powerful even if you changed the settings. I also think the drain in the shower needs attention as the water took an age to drain. Apart from that we had a lovely time. The people were great and the hotel was ideally placed. Shame there was no cricket on for...
