"Great location. Good-sized room for NYC. When we checked in, they gave us reusable water bottles and had a wonderful flavored water station where we could fill them. Would definitely stay here again. "

"It was a good stay.it is near to all major attractions. You can easily use subway without any hassel. Most impt time square is just few minutes walking distance."

"Small things like no Kleenex replenishment. No glasses in bathroom. Really small and thin towels. Ran out of coffee cups in reception and person working front desk did not know how to replenish."

"Loved how clean the rooms were and how nice the staff was. Parking was so convenient and very reasonable. Subway stop just a few minutes walk away. This area of LIC is really up and coming with a lot of local business springing up. "

"The pool had to be closed early, as the shuttle driver had to go to the airport to pick up pilots. Upon return, the employee, named Carlos, apologized to us, and graciously re-opened the pool for us to swim. He went above and beyond his duty. He made us feel like friends, and told us he was happy to help in any way. A great employee!!!! All the staff was friendly and caring. Made our stay enjoyable."

"The hotel is in a great area off Times Square so it is quiet from the noise of Times Square while super convenient. However, the walls are thin so if you have a noisy neighbor than well it is noisy. It is slightly older so the rooms and amenities are slightly dated. The size of the room is slightly bigger than normal for this area. I took a star off since I asked for specific housekeeping service and they didn't provide it."
