"This is not a 2.5 stars hotel, and it is not even a hostel. This is a room in an old resident building. The neighbours do not even know that room is a 'hotel room'. There is no any reception, you have to call (or email) the owner so that he would show up and give you the key. The free parking is just parking on street! Stay away this one if you are looking for a hostel/hotel! "

Toilets backed up repeatedly, reported it before we went out for the day, was told it was fixed and if it continued to happen they would move us to another room but by time we got back after 5pm there was no one at the office to talk too.Room also had mold on the walls in the bathroom and one morning we had no water at all for a while. "This grounds were gorgeous. We saw lots of birds and with patience some sloths. The food fresh and delicious. The drinks unique and my kids loved the smoothies. The pool and hottub were cold but we didnt use it much. The chocolate tour and herb workshop very educational and fun. Ale gave one of the best massages ever. Adding the red clay was heaven. The staff superb. Overall a unique experience "
