"Bright, clean and spacious room. Located right off the highway but in a lovely green space hidden away. The room was big with a large ensuite. It is a little dated but perfectly kept and clean and absolutely everything you could need - even an iron. Slept really well which is what you need when travelling. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The Celyn is located in an outstanding rural position. From the moment you arrive Sarah and Paul were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was good sized, clean with outstanding views over the farm. The sheep and lambs were in the field in front and it was nice to see them. The bed was very comfortable and we slept really well. The cooked breakfast was very high quality and very tasty and worthy of the reviews I had previously read. Overall the Celyn is a credit to Sarah and...

Canada Lodge and Lake
4.0 star property
9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (32)
"Stayed in cabin 3, and despite reading some recent negative reviews, we were very happy with the room. It was clean, well stocked and the view over the lake in the morning was amazing. Breakfast was very nice and had lots of variety. Our only small gripe was the beds weren’t particularly comfortable. Mattresses are subjective and we were only there 1 night. Would definitely recommend and will be looking to stay there again. It’s also only 25 minutes from Cardiff centre. "
