"The pictures do not do justice to this place. The house had everything we needed including a warm fire at night. Barry was great. We enjoyed talking with him. The view was spectacular. Our only regret came the day we left. All of us agreeded we should have stayed longer. This was a wonderful place to begin our Scotland holiday."

"We’d stayed at Bellfield Cottage before but not for a few years. It’s always been a lovely house but is now sharper and modernised without any compromise on it’s great comfort and homeliness. We loved our stay. Graham and Margaret couldn’t have been more helpful. Spotlessly clean house with everything you could need and more. We’ll be back!"

"The hosts were lovely and went out of the way to make our stay pleasurable. The property is big, spacious and clean. Enjoyed my time staying there relaxing with very young kids. The accommodation was well suited to our needs. Saw Dolphins at the bank and all the must have essentials are easily available in the nearby shops including a decent Co-Op around the corner."

"Kenleith Cottage was absolutely beautiful! It is much larger than it appears in the pictures. The host provided a basket of basic goods in case we did not have any. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the cottage. Noreen has really done well thinking about the needs of the travelers who will be staying there. Noreen herself is very nice and easy to talk to. We would book again if we come back this way. Loved it!"

"We had a lovely stay in Kingillie house, the space, the setting and the warm feel of the house were perfect. Our grandchildren had a great time playing tennis, as did the adults! "The property had a great view and a convenient location. The balcony was nice. It is a little loud at night when you have the windows/balcony door open, which we did because it was warm. I appreciated the milk for coffee in the fridge. The coffeeshop across the street is fantastic as well, and the river is right there. Staff were super communicative and helpful when we had a travel-related issue. Would absolutely stay again. "
