"I adored my stay here. From booking to check out everything was straight forward. The room and balcony was adorable. Very clean. Fantastic location for the art museums. Staff were wonderful. Check in was work time was easy. The room itself was perfect. Utterly clean. Everything I needed. The lift was fine but I preferred the stairs for up and down. The balcony was wonderful for day and night. Watching the swifts fly overhead made my stay extra special. Really easy to get to all the main sights from here. Ditto public transport from / to airport. I used the train to get there and the airport bus to return. I would 100% stay here again and one day soon I will. A perfect concept for city stays. A few tiny tweaks: I didn’t realise the office was on the right floor and could do a bag check within office hours. I would have liked extra tea / coffee / milk during my stay."
