"Absolutely spot on what it says. The house has everything you need. The host said all we needed to take was, food, drink & charcoal for the BBQ. This is so true. The bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen & living area were spacious. With the living area going straight onto the patio area to the pool with several areas to sit & relax. This property is superb."

"The house is very big and very comfortable. It is ideally located to be able to visit the local area and wider Norfolk easily without any journey being too long. Having visited in December we didn't get to enjoy all of the facilities it has to offer but can imagine that in the summer months it must be fantastic to have use of the small garden & terrace. It was perfect for our needs travelling with teenagers and grandparents and we would definitely return."

"Had a fantastic week in Easter holidays. We were 2 families of 4, and there was plenty of room. Bedrooms were good size and beds were really comfy. Kitchen very well equipped - and also looked well set up for families with younger children too. Family space was great, nice big garden. Lovely tranquil setting - we enjoyed spotting the pheasants and deer in the garden. Great location - close to some gorgeous beaches and local attractions. "The property was ideally situated close to the harbour and all amenities, and proved an excellent base for a 4 night stay. It was very clean and comfortable and our host, Pauline was next door if we needed anything (we didn’t). We used the Coasthopper bus to Brancaster Staithe and walked back (almost 12 miles) - have done the other direction to Blakeney and Cley before but weather was uncertain so took the car.
