With Heacham Creek at the end of the large garden and the sea to the front Seabourne is ideally located for all types of holiday makers of all ages and abilities and provides an excellent comfortable and warm base from which to explore the North Norfolk Coast. There are 4 bedrooms; 2 Kingsize, 1 double and 1 twin; a spacious lounge/diner and a well equipped kitchen, with a double oven, separate ceramic hob; dishwasher and washing machine. There is 1 large family bathroom with a WC, basin, bath and a separate shower, plus a useful extra shower room in a delightful new summerhouse in the garden. Seabourne also has a wonderful large conservatory on the back with tranquil views down the garden to the creek and yet is set back from the beach only by a short stroll. We have also recently installed a fabulous fixed 6 person hot tub, as our hot tub hire service was proving so popular(please note there is an additional cost of £150 for the cleaning and preparation of this). Dogs are welcome and the property has the advantage of the lovely, large garden which is fully enclosed, making it very safe for children and dogs. There is plenty of private off-road parking. Just a few minutes walk up to South Beach road there is a super cafe and a very well stocked general store. The beach is safe for swimming and windsurfing and perfect for bird enthusiasts and walkers being close to the RSPB reserve at nearby Snettisham and the Sandringham estate.
