"Not what I paid for. The accommodation I booked several weeks in advance was not available when I arrived and was taken to a room with just a bed in it, in the renters own house, which was in a mess as it was being done up. I was not even given a key so the house was not secure at any time. I even had to ask to borrow a towel. I paid for two nights in advance but lady after one night as the place was so awful. "

"The apartment is ideally located but decoration and number of items in the apartment make it feel cluttered and out of date. There was no TV signal and the fridge was set at a level at which everything in it froze. Add to that, this was the first time we've ever stayed in accommodation without WiFi or towels being provided - both points which could have been clearer in the listing and should have been reflected in the nightly price."

It was very clean and comfortable and our host, Pauline was next door if we needed anything (we didn’t). We used the Coasthopper bus to Brancaster Staithe and walked back (almost 12 miles) - have done the other direction to Blakeney and Cley before but weather was uncertain so took the car. "As far as the stay I honestly couldn’t fault it my bed was super comfy I stayed in the queen suite with shared bathroom it was spotless and warm too Helen had the radiators on and an electric blanket in the bed which was much welcomed as I stayed mid- January. If you do stay in this room just switch the blanket on and wait an hour you might not be able to feel it to the touch but once you get into bed you’ll feel it. There was plenty of tea & coffee plus nice little touches like water chocolate...
