Our experience at the hotel was very comfortable and enjoyable. Based in the city centre we found this hotel was close to the Town Hall and all the shops.
The hotel staff were very nice and welcoming and catered for all our needs when we arrived as we had booked the triple room and needed a third bed for our daughter who was travelling with us.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Valencia as it is so cosy and friendly.
My wife and I spent five nights at the Astoria Palace and enjoyed every moment. The staff is very friendly and helpful and ready to answer any questions and provide you with maps and directions, etc.
The room was large,very clean, comfortable bed.
Its location is perfect. Just a minute from central train station. Few minutes to old town and central fresh market. Staffs are very good hospitality. They were happy to explain anything. Only one negative was too small pillow in room.
The hotel is located on the edge of the old section of the city which is filled with shops and restaurants. I found a cafe two blocks away that had the best croissants and coffee for breakfast. The hotel is also a short walk from the Metro stop that takes you quickly to the beach or universities ( we were in Valencia to visit my daughter who is going to school here for the semester). The only negative is the wifi which has a weak signal but if you are on vacation, is that a bad thing?
