We had a wonderful stay at Petit Palace Plaza de la Reina. The hotel is extremely well located, in a beautiful and lively area with plenty to see and do nearby. A special mention goes to Lola at reception, who was incredibly attentive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. She truly made us feel welcome and made our experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Staff on the desk were excellent. We had an early flight, and they arranged a breakfast picnic for us. Lovely! So very helpful. Location is amazing, right in the heart of the old part of the city. Brilliant for exploring Valencia.

Lovely air condioned property on a very hot day. Lady behind the reception desk was very helpful and provided a map and at breakfast the lady from Bulgaria was so nice and there were some lovely food options. Highly recommend and in the center of the historic district.

The room was mostly pretty clean and the hotel itself was in good condition. The front staff was nice and helpful. Location is also very good. My chief complaint is the AC though. I don't know why it kept changing the temperature itself so sometimes I would wake up either really cold or really hot. The rainfall showerhead was messed up so I couldn't use it and the handheld one had too strong of a water pressure making it difficult to use.

This hotel is wonderful and in a perfect location. I’d stay here again. Valencia is a wonderful city and this hotel gets you started with a great breakfast and when your day is done you’ll sleep great :)

We are visiting Spain for our 25th anniversary and stayed one night in Valencia. The front desk treated us to a dessert and remembered our special occasion. We didn’t expect anything but it was so thoughtful and so appreciated! The location of the hotel was perfect to see the sites and we loved and the neighborhood. Our check in was so smooth and we were given a map with advice for all of the highlights in Valencia. The room was spotless and we had everything we needed. I will stay here again!
