"Property location unrivalled. To have over 100 eating options within a 100m radius of the hotel is unheard of. Very close to all amenities and close to rail network from airport so no need to worry about taxis/transfers. Hotel staff were very pleasant during all interactions across all levels of staff. Rooms on 9th floor look like they had undergone refurb recently and the balcony was a very welcome surprise. "

"What can I say the stay at the hotel was stressless the only problem we had was air conditioning was not working but was fixed within an hour of we informed them this is the 2nd time staying and will definitely recommend and we will be going again next year thanks for a pleasant stay"

"We arrived late evening after 7pm, so it was much quiet and checked in fast. The breakfast selection was great, a lot to choose. The staff were helpful. The room was clean and bathroom/toilet was huge. To me the downside was there wasn’t no coffee/tea service in the room, have to get it from the cafeteria, I didn’t think anyone will go down to get coffee in their pyjamas in the morning. "

"It’s very quirky with a motel feel but it’s inside and its beautiful hallway is full of natural light & plants. The rooms are modern and cool. The welcome from Natalia was outstanding, she couldn’t do enough to ensure we were comfortable & ready for exploring Valencia. She gave us a map & clear information about places to visit & transport."
