The apartments are lovely. Very well equipped, nice and modern and airy and comfortable. Perfect when travelling with a baby. Staff very friendly and helpful. My only criticism is that one of the reasons we booked this apartment not our usual hotel was because of the lovely bar which features in all the promo photos. Javier is the best! Love the property and its central location. It will be even better once the refurbishment work is complete at Plaza de la Reina. Brilliant location for exploring the city. Fantastic suites and the staff very friendly. Breakfast was generous and very tasty in a really well presented bar and restaurant. It is the centre of town so you can expect some exterior noise at the weekend into the evening. This is a fair trade for the location; We had a suite at the very top of the building so perhaps more acute there but a fantastic place to stay. I would definitely reccomend.

This is a superb choice of property if you’re staying in Valencia for a few days. The penthouse was spacious and quiet with a great terrace. I loved it.

The location of the Valencia Flats meant is was very easy to explore the old centre of the city, find restaurants, hire bikes (round the corner) and there's a great eatery across the courtyard.

The info on the app for opening doors and calling a lift, shows a picture on some and does not give any info as to how you operate. Used the key pad and all was good every time. Room clean and tidy, everything was good.

Great apartment in a perfect location to explore Valencia. Had everything we needed, with a well furnished bedroom with living space, a small kitchen area and a nice bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Perfect location approx 5 min walk to old town with lots of food choices. Room was great, had all the amenities that we required. For the price we paid it was all around amazing. I would stay again!

The apartment is very modern with all amenities you need, they were great at communicating and helping to check in and get into the apartment. The location is amazing, plenty of shops and bars nearby and even though the street can be noisy you can’t hear it in the apartment
