This charming hotel is very conveniently located, 5mins walk from plaza de Reina, Spacious, spotlessly clean room, tastefully decorated, very good WiFi, smart TV with good number of channels. Everything is new keyless entry system is extremely helpful specially if you arrive very late. Staff is friendly and very helpful (I mostly dealt with Fabio) I would definitely recommend this.

Myself, my husband and our toddler really enjoyed our 2-night stay here. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean, as were the shared bathroom and kitchenette facilities. The coffee machine and pastries were a nice bonus too! Really friendly owners who we happened to meet in a cafe in town when they overheard us speaking in English. They were also really receptive to our requests and helped us with some recommendations in the local area. We would definitely stay here again and Moncofar...

First of all, it's not bang in the centre, but it's close. Patraix is far enough from central Valencia that you are not surrounded by tourists, the neighbourhood has it's own authentic vibe. Downstairs there are two good bakeries for breakfast. The room itself is very good. Spacious. The biggest plus was the huge balcony you get all to yourself. You are in the penthouse of a building with, I believe, normal residents. If you get the top floor you'll be happy as you can spend a good deal of time...

Superb management and staff a really excellent team nothing is to much trouble all should be very proud of what they have achieved. Alex the manager is nothing short of outstanding. Excellent position close to everything. Highly recommend.
