I spoke with the manager because I didn't want to stay there and had booked this room months in advance. The manager gave us a room and a coupon up eat at the amazing Beatrix restaurant that is attached to the hotel. Our stay was great and the staff was wonderful. My only complaint, which is not a complaint about the hotel, is that there was a lot of noise...
