"The Beach Hut is in a great location - really close to the beach, and a short drive from Rye and Hastings. The Hut was in great condition - very clean and the comfortable. The resort has lots to do (we had a lot of fun playing bingo!). Great for a family holiday or short break."

"Very central for visiting parts of Kent. Caravan very nice, compact but everything you need. Had trouble with Wi-Fi which was sorted by getting a phone number from information office. Two things that would be nice. Gate across steps onto the veranda. Making it secure for children and dogs. Curtain or blind on door leading into the caravan. Plenty of equipment in cupboards. "Having stayed in many places locally this is a great location but numerous issues ruined our stay. Arrival is anything but welcoming with the heating left off and taking in excess of 16 hours to get up to 17 degrees. A log burner is provided but single match we were left blew out on it's way into the stove! The stay was tortuous with a fridge which beeped solidly for the 5 days we were there, largely in unison with a fire alarm whose batteries were running out (unreachable for us). The bathroom...

"Nicely decorated house in a good location close to the beach. Well equipped kitchen, and a BBQ outside. We also loved the fireplace although could have done with a bigger supply of logs. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was high quality. Super quiet at night too. Would recommend a visit."
