Comfortably accommodating up to 12 people, it is the perfect place for the gathering of family or friends for that special occasion. The lovely enclosed garden is perfect for outside eating, and keeping children and dogs safe. Close to the extraordinary landscape of Romney Marsh, and the extensive sandy beach of Camber Sands, it is fabulous for walking, swimming and bird watching . There are numerous other activities for adults and children alike.

Great place for a family get together.
The summary of the house was spot on. Good location for what we needed which was between Sussex and Kent. We had a nice day out visiting the Old lighthouse (the sun was out which helped). Trip to the local pub which had a pool table and a Chinese takeaway which is literally a street away. Would have been 5 out of 5 except for an issue with the WiFi. Not one of the 10 adults there could log on, the on-site contact did try to help but with no luck. It's a beautiful quirky property which suited us but there were a couple of areas that could use a deeper clean. Didn't bother us and all of the positives outweigh a couple of cobwebs!
