"During our 3 person for 3 night stay at this location in Sedona, there was a less than expected quality of our place for the price. The overall house was technically clean to a standard, but when we first arrived the white couches and furniture in the front room was very dingy and soiled. As were all the rugs in the place from entrances to bathrooms. We went to then unfold the beach towels from being in the spa, it unmasked how soiled they were. The towels had been folded and put away above the washer/ dryer with stains, crusty bird poop, etc.The master bedroom had older dark stains all over the light colored carpet, that hadn’t been treated at all. These we communicated to the Casago team over text with images. The master bathroom had no washcloths, bath towels, and zero doors which made using the bathroom uncomfortable. We had to announce when we would be showering/toileting, so no one would get surprised. The pool outback was not working. Upon arrival one of the guests got a random phone call from our home state area code to confirm someone would be by the next day for a “service”… The next day we went into town and when we returned it was evident there had been someone in the pool area without our knowledge from the Casago team. Was someone there to fix the pool? We never heard from the team and the pool wasn’t fixed/circulating so it was very grimy along the lining. Between all these instances plus the added indoor bugs we left a day early and headed to a hotel."

"Our stay in Sedona was excellent from beginning to end. The property description was completely accurate and matched exactly what we found when we arrived. Every detail shown in the listing was honest and helpful, which made planning our trip easy and gave us confidence before check-in. Communication was outstanding throughout the entire process. Messages were answered quickly, clearly, and professionally. We always felt informed and welcomed, and any questions we had were handled right away. That level of attention made the experience smooth and stress free. The cleanliness of the property was exceptional. Every room was spotless, fresh, and carefully prepared. The kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas were all maintained to a very high standard. It was obvious that great care is taken to make guests feel comfortable. One of the best aspects of our stay was the peace and quiet. The atmosphere was calm, relaxing, and perfect for disconnecting from daily routines. Sedona itself is a destination. The red rock scenery is breathtaking, the views are unforgettable, and the overall environment feels special. We loved exploring the town, visiting local attractions, and enjoying the natural beauty that makes Sedona unique. Overall, this was a wonderful experience. Accurate information, excellent communication, perfect cleanliness, and a peaceful setting combined to create an unforgettable stay. We highly recommend this property and would gladly return on a future visit."

"This home was perfect for our family of 8 plus toddler. The location was ideal for hiking and getting to town. We did walk into town but our family has no issue walking 2 miles, otherwise a vehicle of some sort would be needed. The kitchen was fully equipped and we spent a lot of evenings in the hot tub. We will be back and will stay here; one week was not enough time to explore all there is to do in Sedona."

"The best VRBO my family and I have had yet! The manager was responsive to all our needs, the house/ property were very clean and just as described (nothing was in disrepair!), the kitchen was well stocked, furniture was very comfortable. It was perfect- highly recommend!"

"This house is not a luxury property, which is what I was expecting based on price and photos. If you're expecting attention to detail this is not your rental.The pros: The location is convenient, bedrooms are good sized and kitchen is well stocked.Cleanliness: Old dry food stuck on some pans and utensils, the dish strainer was coroded, the grill was gross, questionable stains on furnishings and decor. The bedding and towels were clean.Maintenance: No one is taking proper care of this property. Shower heads aren't functioning, the front door has packaging tape on it where it is coming apart, glass is cracked, tiles are cracked, the outside cushions are gross (ripped, stained), the kitchen cabinets are beat up. This place was probably amazing 5 years ago, but it looks like the owners haven't put a penny back into it."
