"I’ll start with the positive. Beautiful space inside and out. Always had plenty of hot water and the grounds were peaceful and lovely.
The code we had been given to unlock the keyless door, did not work. This meant we had to call the office to rectify after a VERY long travel day. It was fixed promptly though by the woman on the phone.
The mattress was as hard as a rock and neither of us slept well on it all week (in fact I opted for the couch a few nights).
I didn’t actually see a smoke...
"The property itself is lovely & secluded and the location is a 5 minute drive to everything in Sedona. Our room was cute (though there was a broken spring in the middle of the living room floor and NO HANGERS). This room (17) in particular provides a bit of additional lounging space outside along the creek which we took full advantage of - I am glad that we were in this room comparatively. There was consistent confusion from the property regarding my check-in which required my following up...

"Our stay at the Villas At Poco Diablo was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and taken care of. The grounds are beautifully maintained, with lush landscaping and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The villa itself was spotless, spacious, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The location is unbeatable—close to all of Sedona’s amazing attractions, yet tucked away in a quiet, serene setting. We especially loved relaxing on the patio and enjoying the breathtaking red rock views. The amenities, including the pool and walking paths, made our trip even better.
We can’t say enough great things about this place. It’s the perfect combination of comfort, beauty, and exceptional service. We’ll definitely be back!

"Great location with breath-taking views 360 degrees. Roof top is a delight for breakfast and the hot tub. There is a small patio outside the bedroom sliding doors that has seating for 2. We had coffee there one morning and watched the gambol quail and rabbits among the landscaped space behind the houses. Red Rock Parking Pass provided by the home owner was essential for the hiking that we wanted to do. We so appreciated not having to take the time from our vacation to obtain a parking pass ourselves. We would love to return for another visit. This VRBO deserves more than 5 stars."

"Great location and new build with open windows and light and airy feel. The pool was enjoyed by the kids. Large beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. Would recommend having the housekeeper come at 10 (checkout time) vs waiting in the driveway since 8am though, that felt aggressive to us. "

"Owner takes great care in making sure her guests are taken care of. Large fenced yard was perfect for our golden retriever. Games for the kids and TVs for entertaining or family nights. Walking distance to Chapel or Mystic Trail Head. This is definitely an elite property that we'll be staying at again. "
