"Upon entry of the hotel room I found a blue pill on the floor next to the bed. The garbage under the sink smelled like fish and I after cleaning midweek they took away our soap and didn’t replace it. The concierge told me that the pink Jeep tours were all sold out for the week, however, 10 minutes later when I got to the room, I was able to book it online myself. The location is fabulous. It’s easy to walk to many of the restaurants and shops. There’s a delicious Mexican taco food truck within walking distance and parking was easy "

"We were in the main building ground floor, direct access to the pool, hot tub and firepit. Enjoyed nightly music, free bikes, breakfast and great location. Bar right next door to property. Short walk to restaurants. Gorgeous views! Property is a bit older for the price but we really enjoyed it! "

"Rooms and property are very dated , cracks and stains on steps , chipped furniture. Rooms are clean and comfortable , staff is friendly but overall this property needs an upgrade."

"Too much noise around in my stay, you can hear people talking, laughing and walking at night, morning around 6am, construction starts outside the road and I even hear washing machine running behind the wall of bathroom. Toilet water running very low. "

"The place is nice and close to Sedona . The staff are a bit underwhelming and not very welcoming. Checking in and out was not what I would expect for the cost of staying. I would also not call this place a resort . It is a small family hotel in a resort town. "

"Beautiful views but make sure you request a room on the second or third floor. The rooms were a bit noisy between staff rolling their carts back and forth and ppl walking by with crying babies or talking on the phone. Rooms are not very soundproof. For the price, we were a bit disappointed. Live entertainment was wonderful!"
