"Clean room. Quiet. Located close to many shops and restaurants."

"The property is very well maintained and is very pretty. Although it is close to uptown it is an uphill walk. Anybody with mobility issues should keep that in mind. The room was spacious and nice… But it had a very musty odor and there were gnats in some areas of the room. I did not call and complain about the smell or the gnats. I didn’t feel like contending with changing rooms or having somebody come in the room and just spray so I rolled with it. One other standout - I was a little surprised because they told me I receive a welcome gift and where to get it… When I walked over there all it was was an offer to receive some gifts if I signed up to watch a presentation for their timeshare. That is not a welcome gift and is really misleading. Not that I was expecting a welcome gift but I would have avoided that scene entirely if I knew that’s what it was about. Overall a very pretty property with spacious rooms and close and not to walk to uptown if you are fit, healthy and do not have any mobility issues."

"Room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was hardly a breakfast at all and started too late for early morning hikes."

"There are quite a few rooms that are described as “red rock views” and sold at premium price but there was none. The hotel staff was helpful and was able to accommodate and change our room. Kind of disappointing but you live and you learn!"

"Great location but the property itself is fairly ordinary. No real amenities besides the free coffee in the lobby. It’s more of a nice motel than an upscale property. Views are amazing though. "

"The room was very clean and cozy with a kitchenette and amenities. I believe it is a state law/policy on laundry, but no softener on fancy towels. I wish they were just little bit more fluffy/softer. That could be improved with e detergent they use and material if the towels. This trip don’t allow me to spend multiple days in this relaxing location and I missed an opportunity to explore the resort. But people are very friendly and all guests I met on the property looked so happy."
