I booked a last minute hotel instead of driving home exhausted. Expedia had not sent the reservation by the time I got there (30-45 minutes after I had made it). The hotel staff was apologetic, and finally suggested that I call Expedia. The lady I spoke with was extremely rude. I would have been fine if she had been nice about it. They had me in a room 2-3 minutes after that was cleared up. Clean room, very comfortable and a nice check-out time (noon). I would stay there again in a heart beat. Won't use Expedia to do it though.

Got to the hotel right at check-in time the front desk person was great and she even made me aware that I had double booked my stay via the internet. Helped me get through it and even refunded the extra booking. We were able to get a room right away an relax and do nothing all evening but watch movies and hang out as a family. Slept great and had a wonderful breakfast the next day down in the café. The wait staff was great and very accommodating when we needed anything, feeding 2 picky teenage boys is not easy but they were both stuffed when they finished. Overall very good experience and we will stay again for sure...
