Hotel was very clean. Liked the room layout, and bathroom was the best I think I have seen in a long time. Loved the fact that a room key was needed to operate elevator too. However, with that being said, the bed was the CREAKIEST thing I have ever been on, which awoke either of us if the other moved or got up. It was comfortable and the pillows were excellent. Noises in the hallway were easily heard as well...but not the biggest concern. Free WI-FI in room was nice as well. Overall, good enough...perhaps 3 1/2 to 4 stars. Honestly, if it wasn't for the bed issue, I would really have given it an "excellent" rating all the way across the board. Parking was a breeze in their garage, and the little cafe in the main lobby had a nice little selection of quick foods.

“Excellent Downtown Indy Hotel”

I have stayed in Courtyards before, but this one tops all the rest. Upon entry into the parking garage I was impressed. The hotel is in a group of Marriott hotels, and the garage was separated accordingly based on on entry to the appopriate one! The lobby was impeccable; the staff were amazingly gracious and courteous; and the room was superb. Everything was very clean and carefully maintained. The restroom was quite large compared to other hotels. Even in the morning when I had a snafu dealing with my breakfast purchase, they researched that I had paid for it ahead of time since I didn't have the ticket. There were even bus-people during the breakfast who ensured that we had everything we needed. If ever you have a need for downtown visits to Indianapolis, I would recommend this hotel.

“Nice Hotel on west side of Indy's downtown”

Went for a Packer/Colts game at Lucas Oil Field. Very convenient to the field, within easy walking distance. Easy in/out underground parking. Not the cheapest parking, but you park and you can leave the car there until you leave since you're close to most things downtown. Nice Marriott complex with a JW, Courtyard and Spring Hill Suites all in one complex.

My wife and I decided to have a little getaway to Indianapolis. We were very impressed with the Marriott complex as a whole. It was very safe and clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. We would stay here again.

“Great Hotel Great location”

We made our reservation last minute and it worked out great. A great hotel at a great rate and in a great location--walking distance to Luca Oil Stadium and many other great sites in Indianapolis.

“Full Services Prices for no service”

we payed top dollar for a clean nicely located hotel but the amenities were that of a motel 6. There are no on demand movies, no room service, no in room bar and only chips and other unhealthly snacks available in the lobby after a certain time. Im sure this is all fine and well if youre in town to enjoy the dazzling night life of Indiana. But if youre there on business or just passing through, its extremely inconvenient. I would not spend the money on this hotel again, but it did seem to work well well for all the Colts fans who were only a few blocks away from the stadium.
