This hotel exceeded all of my expectations! Not only is it a gorgeous building with outstanding views of the city and river, but the fact that you can take sky walks from the hotel all the way to Circle Center Mall was not only convenient, but ideal for my family's needs. The staff was more than helpful and the young man who checked us in even provided a "treasure chest" full of toys for my son to choose a toy from...so cute! The bathroom amenities were very nice, especially the fact that they provided Q-tips which I completely forgot. That right there deserving an "excellent" rating.
I would definitely recommend a high level floor. We stayed on the 29th floor and it was absolutely amazing. We literally had the best view of the sunrise from our bedroom!
My only complaint was the immensely long line at the Starbucks. The employees at this Starbucks need to become accustomed to handling multiple orders before the person gets to the register to order their drink. We tried going to get coffee three times but the wait times were exceeding 15 minutes each time.
Overall, we were more than pleased with our stay and will stay here again for sure!
