I traveled to Indianapolis to attend a conference. The conference turned out to be a madhouse as it was packed with people, so I decided to spend more time elsewhere. This is where the staff of the Comfort Inn came to the rescue. They gave me helpful advice on other places to visit in the city, plus they told me about this resturant which was close and very nice. In fact, that resturant turned out to be so nice that I went back the following evening for dinner. This was my first trip to Indianapolis, but it won't be my last; when I come back I'll stay at the Comfort Inn.
The hotel had a modern and tastefully decorated lobby. It is within walking distance of several dining options, something that was not the case at some of the other "airport" hotels. The staff was very friendly and courteous - they arranged for a cab at 4:30 am since our flight was at 6:00 am and since it was outside the hours of their shuttle (starts at 5:00 am) they paid for it! The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. This is a consistent theme with Hampton Inns and why I stay nowhere else. Will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area
