It was clean. Air conditioner worked well & ceiling fans big bonus. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Bunk bed room was great for kids and the king suite & 2 queen guest rooms were perfect for us. There was lots of storage in all room. Bonus perks - 2 car garage & porch swing. 4 season room provided a separate living area so the kids could play. Fenced yard had a firepit and a charcoal grill - but bring your own wood/charcoal for fires and own chairs to sit around the firepit or on the very nice deck. Things to Note: \*Need dish drainer or drain mat - not everything goes in the dishwasher. \*Need dimmer for the full guest bath - the lighting was super bright. \*No Bath mats - we had to use regular towels on the floor so we had to do towel laundry to have enough for the six of us. It was nice to have a washer/dryer and laundry/dish soap & bath soap/shampoo supplied. \*Knives are provided but they are very flimsy and dull. \*No mixing bowls for mixing pancakes, making meatloaf or serving popcorn; also no sizable (i.e.) 4 quart pan for cooking pasta; no blender or measuring cups for making recipes; the peeler for peeling potatoes or carrots was extremely cheap; no condiments, oil or adequate spices (except salt). No storage containers for leftovers. Kitchen washcloth would save on paper towels. Extra trash bags and adult forks were needed and oven directions would be helpful. Nice Wi-Fi/TVs. ##### Diana M. The the first thing we noticed was the uncut lawn that loaded with weeds then overgrown bushes and weeds around the house and property. The hot tub had debris in it and needed to be skimmed and it also had green growing on inside above the water line. The deck in the back yard had weeds growing through it and the fire pit in had unburned and half burn wood, weeds and sticks in and on it including some metal grate laying sideways in the pit along with an old food can in the pit. Behind the house, in all the overgrown weeds and flowers, there was a basement window well that the cover was broke off of and the window was missing from the basement/crawlspace leaving it wide open to animals and weather. I messaged through the app about the dirty hot tub and the weeds coming through the deck and did receive a quick response. A guy came out late the following morning, skimmed the hot tub, wiped the sides with his hand then came in the house to get some chemical for it. We had some issues with being able to turn on lights over the kitchen island and a couple other switches that did work as they should or do anything at all. We had a cracked missing tile in the master shower. We found outside garbage full so we rolled them out to the street on garbage day the back in so we had a place for trash. ##### Jeff K.
