"The room we stayed in was not well-maintained. The sink was cracked and the plank flooring had visible damage or scarring. A bulb was out in one of the nightstands, and the door did not close quietly - the door hit the door frame consistently. We found no bar soap and had to request it. We had a pet with us and were directed to the adjoining pet area, which was helpful. The area had a dispenser for pet pickup bags, but it was empty. We had our own bags to use, but there was no obvious container...

"Beds were hard as a rock yet the pillows provided no support whatsoever. Upstairs family had children running around and playing all night long and even after I called the front desk it didn’t stop. Breakfast was really good though. "
