"Friendly staff member and make sure that you go to the main building to get your room key and also the parking registration -- parking at that moment is included - no extra fee unless you forget to register at the front desk when you check in but you have to re-register every time you drive the car out of the parking area. Staffs are very polite and considerate and also the Head of Housekeeper lady is very kind and polite and she will make sure that your room has met the standard. If you have any issue just let her know she will fix it as soon as possible."

"It was an Anniversary break, and this was specifically referenced in the booking ..... but it was not acknowledged in anyway when we arrived at the hotel, which for a Hilton hotel is very rare. The hotel was very noisey, as they were getting ready for a concert, which was not mentioned when booking. We have stayed at the hotel many, many times .... but this stay was distinctly average."

"The hotel was excellent, the room was spotlessly clean and the bed was nice and big. They have an essence spray as you walk into reception that weirdly just makes the whole place feel inviting. We stayed for two nights to go to a local club and we did a Spa day at the hotel's Y Spa on the Saturday which was brilliant."

Ideal for shops places to eat and transport links..... Room clean ad beds comfortable. Room was cleaned towels changed for second day. Will definately return.. Not our first stay here "
