"Signs easy to follow. Parking on site, quiet at night. Private bathrooms, towel, clean everywhere. Free self service kitchen, all kind of food for breakfast. Hot drinks and i actually could take a good night during my business trip! "

"Excellent sized room, excellent standard of cleaning,and good facilities ( hairdryer, iron and board,fan etc) with nice addition of outdoor seating space,( however weather no good for this during our stay!!!). Only gripe only one spare plug socket to use for all our tech and the kettle. All food we had was of excellent quality and very good value for money spent. Unobtrusive, pleasant service, only negative restaurant a little cold in temperature as we were the only customers during our stay."

"We stayed one night in order to visit Talliston House in Great Dunmow. We had a wonderful stay. The room was lovely and warm, cosy and had everything we needed. We appreciated the milk, beverages and cookies. Everything was clean, the beds were lovely and it was a very quiet area. The gardens looked lovely, but weather did not allow us to fully explore. The cooked breakfast was a lovely start to the day. Faultless stay. "

Clean and fairly well appointed (fridge freezer, microwave, cooker, washing machine, iron and board). No hairdryer as far as I can see. TV and Virgin box. Comfortable bed (I do hate poor mattresses) was a blessing. I'm sure that before booking it claimed to have parking, because I declined several other properties because they had no parking.
