"It’s not a fancy but very practical apartment. We traveled with adult kids so each had a separate space to sleep and having two full baths was very convenient. Location is great as one is within 2-3 km of major attractions. Louvre is at walking distance. Marco was very attentive to our needs and requests."

"The apartment was perfect. It has everything including charm. We enjoyed the thoughtful details like the N’espresso machine, the throw blankets and the rain shower. Even though we were 4 people including two teens, we had plenty of space. FYI, air drying on the enormous fold away rack provided works better than the machine dryer. We could easily walk to the Louvre, Musee D’Orsey, the Eiffel Tower, numerous parks. Half the time, we loved just walking the streets of Paris. Every meal was delicious...

"Gorgeous and spacious sanctuary in the heart of the Marais. Shopping and restaurants right outside the door, but a fully equipped kitchen if you want a night in. Two full baths also a huge plus! Wish we could have stayed longer! Would give ten stars if I could!"

"This location allowed quick access to Metro stations. There were many restaurants, bars, and grocery stores close to the apartment. Sebastopol is a busy street but the windows keep out most of the noise"

"The place was lovely and convenient. We didn't find a lot to do in the immediate area, but close enough to the metro and walkable to other places. The beds were great; only one bedroom one has an en-suite toilet and the other toilet was in the hall."

"Loved the location, cleanliness, and ease here! The apartment itself is older and needs some restoration, but the accoutrements are great. Decorations are cute, and beds are comfortable. There is plenty of space, and the kitchen is pretty well stocked. The market is just downstairs along with many restaurants and cafes. The location is central for Paris. I also love the high tech way to check in and see the apartment info."

"We had a wonderful stay at Apt de Charme. It's a unique apartment within a secure and quiet courtyard. Everything was as described. Maikel was very responsive to any questions. I have a slight mobility issue but could maneuver through the narrow kitchen and bathroom facilities. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and nicely stocked with everything we needed. Once stepping outside the apartment building there were many restaurants, both eat-in and takeout, as well as wonderful patisseries."

"Clean, big apartment. Check in could have been more clear. There are multiple buildings, we had to reach out to get the correct apartment and building number. The key is difficult until you learn how to use it. The view of the tower is amazing!!! The beds are on the firm side for an American, but not rock hard. Beds are subjective and I like a softer memory foam mattress. These are spring. Kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of guide books and little extras. Good security. Nice access to the metro...

"We loved staying at this apartment! so close to the 11 metro line!! Lots of boulangeries nearby, a fromagerie, a cute bistro on the corner. Plus Buttes de Charmont park is right nearby. The place is small, perfect for two friends but ideal for a couple. There’s a small fridge if you want to grab something to eat at home one night, but unlike American kitchens, only a small burner and a microwave. The beds are comfortable and the bedroom is spacious. It’s a fourth floor walk up (typical Paris!)...

"Property had everything we needed minus air conditioning and we were staying there during the severe heat warning in September. Had to do with fans but the apartment was so hot. Host was not communicative over VRBO for the entire period leading up to our stay, even when we wanted to adjust our dates, but communicated with us via WhatsApp on the day we were arriving."
