Great apartment in a nice and well located area, 4th floor with elevator. 10 minutes from the city center of Paris Chatelet Halls by Subway (RER D). The flat has all the necessary equipment and facilities to accomodate 8 people in 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with double bed + 1 single bed 1 bedroom with double bed 1 bedroom with 4 single beds. According to your request a cot and children's bed can be added. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Sheets and towels are provided for all beds. It's newly remodeled with a well-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, induction cooktop with four-piece cooker, refrigerator, and washing machine). 2 Spacious bathroom with shower and heater. Free wireless internet is included. This is a non-smoking apartment. Parking is available, in front of the building (11 €) per day, Weekend free. RER station D (Stade de France) is nearby, 2 minutes walk, it gets you to the city center of châtelet the halls in 10 minutes, Paris Gare du Nord (5 minutes) and Gare de Lyon (15 minutes). Also RER B line is nearby, 07 minutes walk away, it leads directly to the center of Paris in 10 minutes, to Charles-de-Gaulle airport 20 minutes, and to Orly airport 35 minutes. The apartment is located in a very nice area and quiet neighborhood, with everything you need within walking distance to a small supermarket that's open from 7 am to 10pm. I started looking for something very close and cost effective which I could not find.This property was still available and we booked it and we would do it again. It turned out to be a great location and very easy to get to by public transportation. We used Google Maps to plan out activities in and around Paris and had no issues getting where we were going very quickly. The apartment was well maintained and the host was very responsive and helpful when we asked any questions. There was great food, grocery shopping, parks and other places within walking distance.
