This apartment, located between the Musée des Arts et Métiers and the Centre Pompidou (Beaubourg), in the famous Marais district, is ideal for a getaway in the heart of central Paris. This place is perfect for couples, large families, and business travelers.
Located on a historic street of the Marais known for its art workshops and galleries and to house one of the oldest houses in Paris.
Refurbished and decorated by a team of interior architects with quality materials, the 130 m2 apartment covers 2 floors. On the ground floor, you will have a living room with coffee table, double sofa bed with daybed and large Smart TV, 2 bedrooms and a toilet.
On the lower floor you can enjoy 2 shower rooms (soaps, shampoos, hairdryer, towel dryer) and 1 toilet, as well as a large fully equipped kitchen (dishes, kettle, coffee machine, refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, extractor hood, connected TV, central island and high chairs), but also a dining room with a large medieval table for 6 to 10 people where you can breakfast, lunch, dinner, work or simply organize your stay.
You will also have plenty of storage spaces including a huge wardrobe filled with drawers, shelves and hangers.
The bedding is hotel-quality, a queen-size double bed (160 x 200) in the master bedroom and 2 double sofa beds (160 x 200) in the living room and the second bedroom, to offer you restful nights. Duvets, sheets, cushions, large and small towels will be provided.
The apartment is equipped with 3 Smart TVs as well as free and fast WiFi connection thanks to the fiber. 2 Wi-Fi repeaters are installed to give you optimal connection even in the basement.
The apartment is on the ground floor.
The temperature of the apartment is pleasant thanks to its old stone walls that offer optimal natural insulation. Fans are available to cool the apartment in case of high heat.
