The property is set in a lovely tranquil environment and Patrizia has provided it with everything you could possibly need for comfort and ease. Patrizia is an exceptionally kind lady and when we needed assistance nothing was too much trouble for her. The charming house was extremely well appointed and very clean. We particularly enjoyed the covered outside space looking out over the surrounding countryside to the mountains beyond....

"A lovely property with great facilities and thankfully excellent air conditioning as weather reached unseasonal 39c. Local archaeology is amazing and beaches 30 mins drive are excellent for either beach or snorkelling. Local restaurants excellent Amazing horse risk stables locally with guests who travel from across the world to their world class lessons......"

"A very well kept house and garden about 1km from the beaches of Puntu Izu. The house is bright and modern inside and had everything we needed for a two week stay. The children enjoyed playing in the garden around and the veranda was a lovely, shaded spot to sit and look at the view. The landlady was welcoming and helpful and there was plenty of information in the house to show us where to explore the local area. Overall a lovely stay."

"Emilio snd Giuseppa are some of the nicest, warmest people you will ever meet. The property is charming, spotless, and has everything you need. Porto Alabe is charming, and the beach is secluded snd close to the property. The water is crystal clear and perfect temperature. "Everything was great. Senariolo is very sweet little village and i takes only not more than 15 min by car to the beach. We enjoyed also the neighbourhood and surroundings. It is also very convenient ride to beautiful Bosa (aprox 25min.) if you want to experience not only quiet evening in sleepy village. Cugliari with its beautiful church is just “behind” the house. "The property was just as advertised. Tasteful furnishings and design. Clean and comfortable. Well-equipped kitchen and lovely terrace. Without AC it can be hot (we were there during perhaps the worst heat wave in years!) in certain rooms. Although it wasn't a bother for us, there isn't much of a living room space. Otherwise, a wonderful place in a lovely small hillside town (PS, don't expect much in terms of local eateries or entertainment! Again, not a concern for us)."

"We loved staying in this house. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable for our family of four. It could easily be great for 6! The outdoor area was lovely and peaceful. The house was incredibly clean and even stocked with basic kitchen needs like salt, oil, vinegar, etc... It is three blocks from the beach with umbrellas & sand toys to use while there.
