House with view on the salt lagune

It is a beautiful location. Even at the end of November/beginning of December we had every morning breakfast outside on the patio. A special place for people who like nature and wildlife, especially birds. We very much enjoyed the generious garden and the direct view on the lagune with the flamingos. The house had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out was uncomplicated. Friendly, welcoming host and collaborator. We had a great stay.

A very nice quiet place!

We have loved every day of our 14-day holiday. The house is in the countryside with a lovely view on a smal lake (that is mostly dry in the summer). The house has all the facilities you need and a porch that gives a lot of shade when it's hot. Though we haven't met our host Alessandra, the communication via Whatsapp was very good and she was very helpful with pracital and touristic infirmation. All in all: a place to come back to!

Schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt mit traumhafter Aussicht

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der riesige Garten und die wunderschöne Aussicht von der Terrasse waren für uns die Highlights. Das Ferienhaus liegt etwas außerhalb, was uns sehr gefallen hat, weil es schön ruhig war und man super entspannen konnte. Perfekt für Ruhesuchende. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist jedoch etwas holprig. In dem Ferienhaus ist alles da, was man für den Alltag braucht. Die Küche ist ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Einzige was man vielleicht bemängeln könnte, ist dass es im zweiten Schlafzimmer kein Fenster gibt. Ansonsten haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden bestimmt irgendwann mal wieder kommen.

Wirklich, fast, sehr einsam gelegen

Im großen und ganzen ein schönes Haus für 2 Personen. Max. noch 1-2 Kinder (die müssen allerdings im Fensterlosen 2. Schlafzimmer schlafen. Das Haus ist auch wirklich am Ende der Welt gelegen und besteht eigentlich aus 3 Wohneinheiten. Eine davon war auch fast durchgehend belegt, hat aber nicht wirklich gestört. Wir konnten auch am Anreisetag (20.9.2024) schon 2 Stunden früher einchecken. Wir hatten Kontakt mit Alessandra. Leider kam 1 Tag vor Abreise die Info, dass wir schon um 10 anstatt um 11:00 Uhr ausckecken müssen  Das Haus ist auch auf den ersten Blick schick eingerichtet, allerdings hat uns der viele Nippes (Deko Artikel!) in jeder Ecke bzw. sogar Schrankweise etwas gestört. Leider gibt es keine Garderobe wo man mal ne Jacke, Cap etc. aufhängen hätte können. Die Küche ist eigentlich auch gut eingerichtet. Das Beste ist der große Side-by-Side Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelmaschine (manuelles befüllen). Was nicht so toll gewesen ist, die Küchenutensilien könnten mal ein Update vertragen! Bei Töpfen, Pfannen etc. waren die Griffe so lose das sie fast abgefallen sind. Ich habe diese erst mal alle angeschraubt. Beim Gasherd ist von 6 Zündern nur einer gegangen, und der ist dann auch kaputt gegangen. Also immer Manuell mit Feuerzeug zünden, bekämpft auch gleichzeitig die Fingerbehaarung effektiv  Ansonsten ist eigentlich alles da was man braucht um mal Nudeln, Risotto etc. zu kochen. Was weniger schön ist, die Dusche im ersten OG hatte nur eine Regenwaldbrause wo fast

Das Quartier war traumhaft und sehr ruhig gelegen.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen. Das Haus liegt allerdings wirklich sehr einsam. Das muss man wissen. Die Zufahrt ist nach längerem Regen etwas beschwerlich. Die Klimaanlage ist einmal ausgefallen und wurde sofort am nächsten Tag repariert. Super Gastgeber!

Havre de quiétude en pleine nature

Maison très agréable donnant sur un jardin et une campagne à perte de vue. J'ai admiré les vols d'étourneaux. Fascinant. Tout est facile en terme d'aménagement. Gianfilippo est aux petits soins pour passer un très bon séjour. Une autre maison est attenante un peu en retrait. Idéal pour 2 familles. Nous étions en novembre avec personne à côté. Ce qui nous allait très bien.

Tolles Haus, erholsamer Aufenthalt

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und unsere Zeit genossen. Das Haus lässt bezüglich Einrichtung, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit keine Wünsche offen. Für die Anfahrt zum Haus haben wir von Gianfilippo die GPS-Koordinaten bekommen, was sehr hilfreich war, da das Haus doch recht einsam liegt und ansonsten wahrscheinlich nur schwer zu finden ist. Die einsame Lage fanden wir super. Der Blick von der Terrasse in die Weite war einfach toll. Die Strände Putz Idu und S'Arena Scoada mit einigen Bars und Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Auch Gianfilippos Tipps bezüglich Supermärkten, Restaurants und Empfehlungen für Strände in der Umgebung waren super. Wir waren an jedem Strand, den er empfohlen hat. Es hat sich wirklich gelohnt. Die Kommunikation mit Gianfillipo erfolgte sowohl vor als auch während des Aufenthaltes unkompliziert auf Englisch per WhatsApp. Er war immer erreichbar, auch als wir Probleme mit unserem Mietwagen hatten. Für Leute, die Ruhe und Erholung suchen, können wir das Haus sehr empfehlen. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Danke, Gianfilippo für die gute Betreuung und für das Willkommensgeschenk.

Himmlische Ruhe im Wohlfühlambiente

Das Objekt ist traumhaft ruhig gelegen und trotzdem fussläufig zum Meer. Von der traumhaften Terrasse hat man einen Blick auf die Lagune. Die Wohnung selbst ist individuell, sehr geschmackvoll und voll umfänglich ausgestattet. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Gianfillippo ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Wir hatten das Glück, ihn kennenzulernen. Zur Begrüßung stand ein Korb mit sardischen Spezialitäten bereit. Sehr nett! An- und Abreise war völlig unproblematisch, man sollte aber mit GPS- Daten fahren. Wenn wir nochmal nach Sardinien kommen, dann sicher wieder in dieses Objekt, @ Gianfillippo:Vielen lieben Dank, dass wir deine Gäste sein durften

Bright and relaxing

A very well kept house and garden about 1km from the beaches of Puntu Izu. The house is bright and modern inside and had everything we needed for a two week stay. The children enjoyed playing in the garden around and the veranda was a lovely, shaded spot to sit and look at the view. The landlady was welcoming and helpful and there was plenty of information in the house to show us where to explore the local area. Overall a lovely stay.

Der Vermieter war unglaublich hilfsbereit!

Wie haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es ist unglaublich ruhig. Ideale Erholung. Zu den Stränden sind es auch nur kurze Distanzen (Mari Ermi war top). Aber die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Vermieters Gianfilippo hat wirklich alles übertroffen. Wir hatten eine Reifenpanne und der Autovermieter hat uns so komplett im Stich gelassen. Aber Gianfilippo hat sich (aus London!) um alles gekümmert und uns sehr damit geholfen. Das war wirklich unglaublich nett. Also, 100% Empfehlung.

Sehr schönes Haus mit grossen Garten

Haus ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Nette Vermieter, Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war unkompliziert einschliesslich Tips für die nähere Umgebung. Strand und Supermarkt ist nicht fussläufig erreichbar, stört aber nicht so, da man meist per Auto unterwegs ist.

Al ben je op zoek naar rust en absolute stilte ben je hier aan het goede adres. Heerlijk, schoon huisje waar je zowel binnen als buiten genoeg ruimte hebt. Jammer dat er weinig te doen is in de omgeving.

A parte qualche piccolo imprevisto iniziale , prontamente risolto dalla proprietà, siamo stati bene unità abitativa ben arredata e confortevole. una sola nota negativa da segnalare , la seconda camera al piano superiore non ha finestre ed essendo il tetto non ben coibentato si soffre in giornate calde . c'è da dire che la presenza di due split migliorano di tanto la permanenza al piano superiore ma sarebbe meglio viverlo senza la necessità di tener sempre acceso il condizionatore ...dopo poco l'aria è "viziata "

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Im Kühlschrank standen Getränke für uns bereit und ein Teller mit sardischen Gebäck frisch vom Bäcker stand auf dem Tisch. Die Badebucht gleich bei uns "um die Ecke" war traumhaft. Etwas schwierig war das Auffinden des Hauses am Anreisetag. Nachdem wir die Koordinaten ins Navi eingaben, war es uns aber relativ schnell gelungen. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.

Superbe !

Nous avons séjourné quelques jours dans cette belle maison. Elle est très bien situé car il y a de nombreuses choses à voir au proches alentours notamment de très belles plages ! Nous avons apprécié le grand confort de la maison et sa situation au calme. Merci pour ces belles vacances et pour tous les précieux conseils de Gianfilippo !

Heat wave during our 10 days Fantastic stay !!!!

We had a wonderful stay here with our friends who had the apartment next door. Four from each family, both with 2 children under the age of 10. This was the perfect arrangement to share time together. We had the bigger Aprtmnt over 2 floors. The interior is beautiful and stylish, much bigger and spacious than seen in the photos and very relaxing. Views in the garden were fantastic and the evening sun can be seen in front drive where you can sit and watch the sunset. The location is perfect as it is only a 3 min drive to the local beach where we spent a few times enjoying an evening swim - something very special which could only be done because it's so close to home. We particularly loved the setting and surrounding which is very simple and agricultural. Being only a 30 min drive to the bigger town in Oristano was great too as there we enjoyed the late shopping/dinning/town entertainment which is a definite 'must do' on a Tuesday night. An abundance of very good restaurants which tripadviser will recommend. We ate there 3 times one of which was on our wedding anniversary and the food was delicious! Our hosts were very lovely people. We had the opportunity to meet Gianfilippo in England befehand on our first neck of our family holiday in Somerset England. It was a delight to have lunch with Gianfilippo and received good tips for places to visit etc. as well as getting to know a little more about our host. All in all a fantastic experience!!!... and we are very thankful to you Gianfilippo & family for providing such great accommodation!!! We hope to return one day and stay again. The Dragon Family x
