"Didnt actually get to stay in the hotel. Called for weeks and left messages trying to change the room and no one ever picked up or responded so we ended up just staying at the tralee townhouse which was fine."

"Hosts were very personable and approachable. Breakfast offerings were first rate. Although situated on a main thoroughfare, the bnb was quiet and very clean. Could use a few more towels in the room and mysteriously (for the hosts and the guests), water supply was shut off without warning at 8 a.m. and lasted for several hours. Fortunately, we were headed out for the day. "

"We had a fantastic stay at dolphin cottage.The house had everything we could want. Great location, amazing kitchen, views of water from every room in the house and immaculately clean. Dermot the host was great. He went above and beyond to help us around since we had no working gps for driving!"

"Check in process was horrific. fine print the receipt claimed I was supposed to contact them 48’hours ahead so they could coordinate my check in. Who ever hears of such a thing, when they knew when I was checking in and all that was required is sending an email with the lock box key? Instead then on site manager never answered the phone when we arrived at 4 pm and after 2 hours we had to get a room elsewhere. We wish we had just stayed at that place but since we has PhD ahead in full for the 5...
