1. The most difficult task was to find this hotel, no arrows, no boards , no indication is given to find the hotel.

3. very small rooms with ac not working...they have a central lock in the ac for which you have to call someone again and again to set the room temperature.Our room was boiling throughout the stay.
4. Horrible Buffet breakfast...no variety no taste
5. The person who served us dinner was very rude...no manners at all. Maybe he had a bad day.
Wonderful experience. Greeted by Ms. Sylvia who was very welcoming and helpful. She organized and took care of all of the details of our stay and tour of the Taj Mahal and other sights we requested. She went over and beyond to assist us, make our stay comfortable and the best. The tour guide provided was extremely knowledgable, spoke English well and truly looked out for us. We had the best tour experience. Our cab driver Mr. Pramood was very accommodating, helpful and professional he assisted us to catch our train even coming to the platform and seeing us onto our train car. Overall an excellent hotel, and services. Highly recommended!

We stayed in the hotel 3 nights in 2 separate occasion.
That being said, this hotel is everything we expected from an hotel in our visit to Rajasthan. It was previously a real palace and they kept a lot of the original flavor. But we hare in 2014 and they renovated the hotel to make it actual with a bit of luxury. The garden and the pool are speechless and we felt really comfortable. The staff and the welcome were also really great. On our way back to Delhi we had to stop in Jaipur and were really happy to stop back at the Jai Mahal.
Top marks for this hotel, what a great place to stay in Agra. Restaurant food was very good, staff couldn't do enough to please. Hotel beautifully maintained, pristine pool, would highly recommend a stay here.
My first stay at Clarks was in 1977. I was delighted to revisit in 2014 and see that my fond memories match the current reality of this small and friendly hotel. Clarks is well located for visiting sites and shopping in Agra. The hotel staff and the tour advisor are exceptionally helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean.
