"There was NO PROMPTNESS for any of the service requirement either by front desk or by the service team. For them 2 minutes is like 20 to 25minutes. TV was not working at all. We spent a very nice holiday here. You can explore the hotel’s amenities, which include a refreshing rooftop infinity pool overlooking the Taj Mahal, We enjoyed a lot in pool. Staff was amazing especially Amit and Dindyal were good in providing house keeping service. Room are very clean and spacious. We booked two rooms, One thing which was little inconvenient was they gave us rooms far away from each other. This hotel had one of the most exotic breakfast with great services. Overall, everything at Taj was amazing.

Love this hotel. When I arrived here I felt like that I was in the ancient Indian Palace. Hotel is very traditional and modern. Staffs are so gorgeous with their uniforms, especially staff who welcomed me, Ms. Priyamyaga. It would be better if I can use swimming pool which was not available due to COVID-19. I’d like to thank to the hospitality and the consideration of this hotel. Will be there soon again with my family.
