It’s a pet friendly property and my children were in love with the two labs at the hotel. "The hotel itself is clean and really looks nice. Staff was tough communication-wise. (Restaurant couldn't put things on our room, for example.) Rooms are nice and big. Pool had no water in it. Wifi access was constantly a problem. It looks nicer than it really was in terms of stay."

"This hotel was probably great 20 or 30 years ago. Now it’s old and outdated. We stood behind another gust for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. The bell noys and porters were very nice and helpful. The Indian restaurant a wonderful experience and the pool is nice, but closes at 8, so we didn’t have time to enjoy it. Perhaps, this is the best hotel in Agra but needs an update, urgently!"
