Cons: on arrival the house was stinking of cigarettes (bare in mind I get migraine from cigarette smell) dryer did not work, lights is a nightmare to turn on, full check in instructions were not given until the day of arrival when asked. The cooker hub screw you have to manually put your nail in to get the gas as broken. Lots of bugs and insects in the house due to it being situated around...

"Interesting place. Advertised as a guest house on some sites and Bed and Breakfast on others. Unfortunately when we arrived were told breakfast was not included - that seemed strange I booked the room on the pretence it served breakfast - being a "Guest House". I paid top price for this site when compared with other B & B's. Although they did end up supplying cereal for breakfast. But that is not good enough for the price. Also daily service was minimalist.
