Excellent location - walkable to Euston station, British museum and Soho for theatres and shopping. Plus tube stations/bus stops nearby. Staff were very accommodating, room was ready early and luggage could be left after checkout. This is a traditional English B&B, rooms were a little outdated, slightly dusty but overall clean and functional. Free full English breakfast served to your table with cereal, coffee/tea and juices. Overall great value for money given the location.

I had an excellent stay here. The building interior and furnishings are old and outdated, there are few amenities in the room. It would have been nice to have a writing table for my laptop. That is the extent of the negative feedback. Although it looks outdated, everything is sturdy and well maintained. The rooms are very clean. The staff get exceptional accolades for being so friendly, thoughtful, helpful, fast, efficient and kind. This includes the dining room staff, the cleaning staff, and the receptionist. The breakfast options are limited but prepared quickly. There are options between a hot meal and a cold meal. They are generous but also it took less than 7 minutes to be sat at a table and served. I was working at UCL so it was within 5 minutes of the North West entrance and another 5 minutes to Euston Street station. It was super convenient with many places to eat nearby. It's close to the hospital but still was not noisy. I was able to sleep well at night and the bed was very comfortable.

Nice room, plenty of space and comfy beds. Staff very friendly. A bit of a climb to the third floor but only a problem because I had a cold at the time! Missed the hot breakfast as had to get the train but staff were so helpful in getting us something to eat. Would stay again

The included Full English Breakfast was fantastic. My room was very small but still sufficient, and with everything I needed. I found all the staff very extremely friendly. While it was nothing spectacular and I did find a ladybug on my pillow, it was overall a good stay.
