"It was a good trip and the hotel is good. The property is a bit tired in places and the food could be a bit hit and miss. The pools were great and the slides a hit. Spa also good. The gym was very sad and needs to be updated and the WiFi is poor. The guest relations team worked hard to fix the (minor) issues we reported. Lots of praise to Osman on the omelette station at breakfast. "

"The hotel was very clean and loved the proximity to the beach. I was concerned about the safety of the beach but they thought of everything and we felt extremely safe. The only improvement is the Wi-Fi. Not a deal breaker at all because they offered entertainment every night. It felt a lot like being on a cruise. "

Not the most picturesque, but had comfy padded sunbeds (organised in groups with shades and screens), gentle sandy slope in the sea, good snorkelling right off the beach and a camel giving rides for children. "Staff here are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little tired and basic but had everything we needed. The water slide park was fantastic and we used it everyday. The fun fair rides and arcade are also great, an extra cost but reasonable. There was a great variety of food in the various restaurants although the rules around the a la carte bookings were not clear with different people saying different things. The animation team and activities were great fun and provided variety for us all....

During checkin we mentioned that we were having a terrible day because our flight got delayed and basically missed out on a whole day at the resort and the receptionist upgraded us to the royal suite which was AMAZING! Just felt limited in an all inclusive environment and that type of stress is unnecessary on vacay. Additionally, we were told that we had to make reservations to all the restaurants ahead of our arrival as they have very limited seating for the all inclusive in the sought after restaurant on the beach....
