"Very friendly and helpful staff. Located in the heart of the city with a swimming pool, gym and other facilities. "

"The hotel is very outdated & needs a refurb, the fixtures in the bathrooms & also in the communal areas look rather old. the property & amenities including coffee shop, bars, pools etc look tired, dull & boring. This should be rated as a three rather than five star. There was a party on the communal area which was very loud, which is not what I signed up for when I booked a weekend away. The food was average."
