Stuff went missing from my room; the management blatantly lied to me that they would get back to me about it and they never did. No closure. Losing my stuff is one thing, being gaslit by staff is another.

Service/hygiene/cleanliness was excellent. Room condition could be improved. Had issues with TV in the room (with the set-up box) frequently. Other than this, every other aspect was great, especially the sumptuous breakfast! All in all, would say, very happy with stay.

Great hotel in Tvm

Hycinth hotel is a lovely, centrally located hotel in Trivandrum. The staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The breakfast buffet has a great variety of food! Conveniently located on Manorama Road, close to train station and cbd. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Will definitely stay here again!
