"The staff was absolutely amazing. The hotel and restaurant was exceptional. The laundry service was unfortunate; they provided me the incorrect laundry box (a male guests intimate items) and mine (intimate items) was given to someone else. After I informed reception of this, they immediately sent someone to my room and within 30 minutes, I had my items. So, quick assistance that was resolved. "

"5 Stars all the way! This property was excellent. Staff were over the top friendly and helpful. Room was nice and very "parisian" in style. Housekeeping were very good and timely every day. Breakfast buffet was huge and very good in quality - even with sparking wine. Location is great. I usually stay at the Marriott which is very close but now will always stay here if an option. Great hotel and value. Highly recommend. "
