"The hotel and staff are excellent. This location is in the heart of Guadalajara so it is very close to everything. It is an area for locals so don’t expect to see many tourists in this area. Overall it is very quiet and relaxed in this area."

"Its downyown and the valet parking takes forever but the property and staff are very nice and helpful. Room service is good and tye rooftop pool area and view are very nice, coupled with affordability and its a great stay."

"Centric, beautiful gardens. Great vibe. However, it doesn't have an spa, they bring someone if you request a massage. Pool was cold and always with debris. If you want a quiet place this isn't one, is so close to the town plaza."
